The company is in a continued growth phase and is now looking for a determined and relationship-building employee in Sales & Grinding Support (Uniservice) responsible for the Örebro district.

The position is focused on our customers in cutting machining in the metal and wood industries.

You are offered a permanent position where the start date can be adjusted according to your notice period. You will work from a home office, and we prefer that you reside within the district. The role involves independent work with great freedom under responsibility and close collaboration with the sales organization.

About the Position

As a Sales & Grinding Support, you are an important part of our after-sales concept Uniservice. Your main task is to ensure smooth and professional service to our customers through pickups, advice, and some sales.

Your responsibilities include:

• Daily visits to customers according to a driving list to pick up tools for grinding, repair, or calibration
• Providing advice to customers on grinding, repair, and tool management
• Managing customers with replenishment agreements (inventory management at the customer)
• Receiving and handling certain customer orders
• Delivering tools to the transport terminal
• Contributing to customer development in consultation with the responsible salesperson

In this position, you will typically drive about 6,000 miles per year, which means you should enjoy working out in the field with a car as your workplace.

You will report to the responsible Sales Manager.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with a good technical understanding. If you have previously worked in cutting machining, for example as an operator in the metal or wood industry, we consider that highly meritorious.

Previous experience in customer support and/or sales is also valuable.

Basic knowledge of the Office suite is desirable. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing and good knowledge of English are required. A valid driver's license (B) is a must.
